Intelligent (W Series) PDUs

This range of PDU's offers all the features of the Basic and Meter PDU's plus superior network power management. Three variants are available; W: Monitors Amps, kWh, Volts, Power Factor and kW at Strip level WS: Strip Level Monitoring & Socket Switching Has the same features as the 'W' version, plus IP network connectivity - for remote outlet control and switching. WSi: As above, but also allows metering of individual sockets and equipment consumption. All W Series PDU's can be daisy-chained using the IP Dongle.

1 Phase Auto Transfer Switches

InfraPower Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) provide power redundancy for single corded network equipment. If the primary power source is interrupted, the ATS will switch to the back-up power seamlessly and without disruption to mission-critical applications. They can be used to support multiple devises - making them a cost effective solution for power distribution. They feature current meters, power indicators and circuit breakers. Rack mount models are available with 8 to 20 IEC outlets, but custom configurations are available on request.

IP Dongles for Daisy Chains

Austin Hughes' patented InfraPower IP Dongle, allows users to daisy-chain upto 16 W Series Intelligent PDU's from one network switch port. This cost efficient solution provides remote IP access to 16 PDU's - with a cabling length of upto 20m. They can be managed using Austin Hughes' free software (IPM-04), or a 3rd party DCIM (via SNMP).

Accessories

Environmental Sensors are available for W series intelligent PDU's. They have 2m or 4m leads and a magnetic base - for easy attachment to racks. External PDU displays mount to the outside or the cabinet door - to provide a highly visible display of PDU temperature and current readings. Coloured power leads provide simple management of power sources, and optional 'accidental release sleeves' avoid power disconnects through accidental disruption during maintenance (require 12kg force to remove).
